TTCL Vietnam Corporation Limited (TVC), the first integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction (Integrated EPC) company in Vietnam, was incorporated on 19 February, 1997 by a joint-venture between one Vietnamese partner and TTCL Public Company Limited (TTCL) – the leading integrated EPC Contractor in Thailand. 

After 24 year operation in Vietnam, the Company has undertaken successfully in engineering and constructing more than 100 plant projects, gaining the trust of clients and the company reputation to the community for service quality, safety, effective operation and on-time delivery.

TVC has experience and expertise in providing integrated design and engineering, procurement of machinery & equipment, and construction (Integrated EPC) of turnkey projects for industrial and process plants, mainly in field of chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, utility, environment and energy industries.

In the current situation of increasingly complicated epidemics and scarcity of vaccines, responding to the call of President Nguyen Xuan Phuc , With the desire to contribute together with the country, together show responsibility for the community, all employees of TTCL Vietnam Corp., Ltd enthusiastically participated in the “Fund” vaccine against Covid-19” of the State with a total amount of VND 250,000,000 (Two hundred and fifty million VND).

The most difficult times are also an opportunity for each citizen to show the temperament of the national spirit, solidarity, and act responsibly for the country. With the contribution from the determination to join hands to fight the epidemic, we believe that everyone in the country in general, TVC staffs in particular can access the COVID-19 vaccine as quickly as possible.

The Biological Pond System Project invested by Nghi Son Refining and Petrochemical Company Limited (NSRP) is one of the major and key projects, affirming NSRP’s commitment to environmental protection for sustainable development with the the Government of Vietnam and Ministry of Resources and Environment Vietnam.

On December 17, 2021, the General Contractor of the Project, the consortium between TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Petroleum Construction Maintenance and Repair Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Project. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony was the presence of local authorities such as the Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of Thanh Hoa Province, Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thanh Hoa Province, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

On the side of the Investor, Nghi Son Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is represented by Mr. Le Nguyen Quoc Vinh – Deputy General Director, Mr. Bui Van Dat – Head of Plant Planning Department, Mr. Desmond SengLong – Project Manager, Mr Bruce Heally- Construction Manager.

On the side of the  General Contractor were Mr. Ho Dac Tuan – Deputy General Director of TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd., Mr Urabe Kazuoki – Senior General Manager of Sale & Business Development Division, Mr. Nguyen Van Lanh – Senior General Manager of Project Execution Division and Mr. Luu Van Ba – General Manager of Engineering Division

This is a biological pond that will help control wastewater incidents with a total input capacity of 17,000m3/day. Maximum and long-term support in the operation of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant. The project is built on an area of 7 hectares at Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Complex – Hai Yen commune – Nghi Son town – Thanh Hoa province. The project is expected to be handed over from September 2022, promising to contribute to improving the superiority in handling wastewater problems of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Nguyen Quoc Vinh – Representative of the Investor of Nghi Son Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd.: “ NSRP believes in the professionalism in project management and construction of the General Contractor Consortium. TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd and Petroleum Construction Maintenance and Repair Joint Stock Company. Trusting in the project when it is put into operation will bring many benefits such as: Having enough emergency water storage capacity and circulating pump to the Waste Water Treatment System for re-treatment, stabilizing the water flow after treatment. , reduce pollutants, improve water quality before being discharged into the environment, contributing to and reinforcing NSRP’s commitment to Thanh Hoa province and the Vietnamese government on sustainable development.”

Speaking in response, on behalf of the General Contractor of the project Mr. Urabe Kazuoki – Senior Director – TTCL Vietnam is very pleased and proud to be able to carry out the project with all the experience gained after nearly 25 years as  EPC contractor in Vietnam specializing in the fields of Petrochemical – Petroleum, Chemical – Fertilizer and Energy Industries. TTCL Vietnam is committed to always accompanying the Investor and partners in the project, completing and handing over the project by the commitment, complying with the regulations of the local government, the principles of construction. safe and bring great value to contribute to the sustainable development of Thanh Hoa province and Nghi Son Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

After the groundbreaking ceremony, the General Contractor of the Project has carried out the work of levelling the ground, preparing the site, constructing temporary works for the project, TTCL Vietnam always wishes to affirm with the Investor that It is right to put faith TTCL Vietnam. TTCL Vietnam team will always maintain the spirit of “Think Safe, Work Safe & Be Safe” until the project is completed to contribute to the goal of SAFETY – PROGRESS – QUALITY, contributing to good value for the  project and for TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd

On November 30^th, 2021, with the permission of the local authorities and the Investor, ThangLong Energy Environment J.S.C, TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd. hold the Groundbreaking Ceremony the EPC package (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) for High-Technological Municipal Waste to Energy Plant Project in Phu Lang commune, Que Vo district, Bac Ninh province. Waste treatment capacity is more than 500 tons/day and power generation up to 11.6 MW/h, application the advanced process & technologies from BMH Technology Oy and Valmet Technologies Oy Finland.

Project operation will contribute to the treatment municipal waste in Bac Ninh province, and protection, creating bright – green – clean of the environment; Generating electricity on the national grid, and also contributing to the local economic and social development entire Bac Ninh province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Bui Boi Hai – General Director of TTCL Vietnam Company Limited, as EPC Contractor commits “TTCL Vietnam is very pleased and proud to execute project with all experience gained after nearly 25 years as EPC Contractor in Vietnam in fields of Energy and Industries, TTCL Vietnam commits to go together with Investor and partners in order to build the factory to achieve purposes SAFETY – PROGRESS – QUALITY, complying with the regulations of the local Authorities and bringing the expectation values to Project”.
